I know you said without collision, but i would highly recommend Invisfling as it is the closest thing to a serverside script. There is spin flinging. Basically just taking advantage of collision to flick people out of the map.You can create a server script that will loop through all characters and check if the Humanoid root part is going faster than a certain speed.
